This fast filtering grade is an intermediate grade between 617 and 631. Grade 615 has a rough surface and is used for filtering aluminum, ferric, and magnesium hydroxides. it is also found in general construction filtration work and in the filtration of insoluble iron and ore.
Ahlstrom-Munksjö offers a full range of specially designed filter paper for use in the sugar industry. Grade 615 is particularly well suited for general laboratory filtration methods and qualitative analysis.
